Shipping policy

You can order online 24 hours a day. We process orders on Monday - Friday. Orders made outside this period of time will be processed on the following business day.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the customer information you enter as a part of the purchasing process, as we do not subsequently validate or verify this information.

All orders are shipped with PostNord in Denmark and FedEx & UPS abroad. You should expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days. As we cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot accurately specify when the item will be delivered. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

If your purchase involves delivery to an EU country outside of Denmark, the rules apply to the free movement of goods, which means that you must pay Danish VAT, but not any local customs duties.

For delivery outside of EU countries please be aware that you're being charged Cutoms duties when you import goods across international borders.
